The Director of the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University is authorized to recommend to the Chancellor, in accordance with Act No. 135, approved May 7, 1942, the appointment of such office, laboratory, and field personnel as may be necessary to carry out the ends and purposes of §§ 758 and 759 of this title.
