For the purposes of §§ 763—769 of this title, the word 'seeds' shall refer to grains, plantlets, seedlings, slips, or any other form of propagation commonly used in the economic cultivation of the different crops. History —May 8, 1945, No. 98, p. 346, § 7, eff. July 1, 1945.
