It is hereby provided that the Director of the Experiment Station may use the laboratory equipment and the trained personnel of the Experiment Station of the University of Puerto Rico, as well as any other personnel he may deem necessary, for the researches and experiments relative to the production and aging of rum, alcohol and derivate products.
