In the performance of its licensing and accrediting duties, and taking into consideration the opinion of the institutions to be evaluated, the Council may enter agreements with national, regional and professional accrediting entities, in order to:(1) Validate the accreditation of such entities as equivalent to the renewal license.(2) Use the findings and determinations of such entities for their evaluation purposes.(3) Make joint evaluation visits.
