Any person or juridical entity covered by this chapter that is the subject of an adverse determination of the Council, shall be entitled to reconsideration pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2101 et seq. of Title 3, known as the 'Puerto Rico Uniform Administrative Procedures Act'.
