A scholarship board is hereby created in each municipality availing itself of §§ 879a—879e of this title, to be composed of the school supervisor and two (2) more members appointed by the mayor with the approval of the municipal legislature. Such board shall award the scholarships according to the regulations in force in the municipality and to the provisions of §§ 879a—879e of this title. History —June 25, 1962, No. 99, p. 256, § 6.
