The educational institutions which participate in the Educational Voucher Program shall meet the following requirements:(a) Be licensed or accredited by the recognized accrediting organizations in Puerto Rico, with the [exception] of public schools.(b) Keep an admission policy free from discrimination on account of race, sex, color, social origin or condition, physical or mental impediments, political or religious beliefs.(c) Comply with the health and safety legislation and regulations in effect in Puerto Rico applicable to educational institutions.
