The Secretary shall submit to the Legislature within the term of ninety (90) days, after the end of the school year, a report on the development and progress of the Program which shall include comparative elements on academic achievement and daily attendance of students, percentage of dropouts, suspensions, and expulsions, as well as the funds used for the Program during the school year.
