The Board of Trustees shall also have the following functions in addition to those assigned by law:(a) Contract the services of an internal auditor, who shall answer solely to the Board. When deemed necessary, the Board may contract the services of an external auditor.(b) Render an annual report audited by a certified public accountant on the operation and use of the funds of the Educational Foundation.(c) Submit a copy of the audited annual reports to the Governor and the President and Speaker of the Legislative Bodies.(d) Publish the annual reports.
