The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized and directed to publish as complete an anthology as possible of the books and the literary works, both in prose and in verse, by Puerto Rican authors, regardless of whether such books or works have been published in Puerto Rico or abroad; and he is further empowered to supervise the task of selecting the books and works, or fragments of books and works, to be included in said anthology, as well as to appoint and employ, under his immediate supervision, the necessary auxiliary personnel for the faithful accomplishment of the aforesaid task.
