The personnel of the free music schools created by §§ 1002—1005 of this title, shall be composed of a Director for each one of the free music schools and those members of the faculty and employees that the Secretary of Education may deem necessary for the operation of same.\nHistory —June 25, 1968, No. 133, p. 319, § 2, eff.
