The regulation, organization and operation of the new schools created by §§ 1002—1005 of this title, as well as the appointment of personnel, shall be done following the same procedures as observed at present by the Department of Education in regard to the present existing schools.\nHistory —June 25, 1968, No. 133, p. 319, § 3, eff.
