The Secretary shall provide all that pertains to educational services and the stipend to participating students and organizations organized as youth cooperatives, as well as the additional payment or overtime compensation to Department personnel. To such ends, the Secretary shall coordinate and may execute agreements and contracts with each agency, public corporation, department, municipality, or other public or private entity that requests the artistic participation of students of the Specialized Schools of Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Dance, and Communications in Puerto Rico and of organizations established as youth cooperatives in schools.\nEach agency, public corporation, department, municipality, or public or private entity, that requests said participation, shall defray the corresponding costs and stipends.\nHistory —Dec. 27, 2001, No. 182, § 5; Mar. 8, 2012, No. 52, § 5.
