The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby designated and appointed depositary of all the sums assigned to the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico originating from appropriations made in accordance with the abovementioned federal laws, and is hereby authorized and directed to receive and provided whatever is necessary for the custody of such funds, and to make the disbursements that the Administrator orders therefrom, in the manner provided in such federal law or laws, and for the purposes specified therein.\nHistory —June 10, 2000, No. 97, § 10.
