The public policy of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall be to promote the integrated development of the Puerto Rican youth in the communications field through the creation of this chapter, whose main purpose is to create spaces and opportunities so that our youth may be instrumental in devising advertising campaigns by working in close collaboration and cooperation with the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches of the Government of Puerto Rico, including its public corporations and municipalities, so as to maximize and incentivize the professional skills of our university students.\nHistory —Aug. 13, 2008, No. 255, § 2, eff. 60 days after Aug. 13, 2008.
