All private schools exempted from the provisions of Act No. 68 of August 28, 1990, that offer services to children and youths through computers with access to the Internet, shall be under the obligation to install technological devices in computers used by children and youths under the age of eighteen (18), geared toward identifying and restricting the use of pornographic or obscene material, which is harmful and detrimental to the physical and emotional health and to the integrated development of boys, girls, and youths.
