The Secretary of Justice may file an injunction or other proceeding of a civil nature against any natural or juridical person to cancel or revoke any license, permit or authorization granted to establish and operate public and private educational institutions and libraries or to cancel the corporate charter of any corporation organized in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico that offer these services when the provisions contained in this chapter are infringed.In any action filed by the Secretary of Justice under this chapter, the Court of First Instance shall proceed by holding a hearing within a term not to exceed ten (10) days. Being the final finding on the matter pending, the court may at any time issue those orders it deems convenient, or take any other judicial action pertinent under the law.
