The Corporation shall render an annual report of its activities to the Musical Arts Corporation, the Governor of Puerto Rico and the Legislature of Puerto Rico, on or before November 30 of each year.The annual report shall include:(a) A financial statement audited by a firm of certified public accountants;(b) a report of the transactions conducted by the Corporation during the preceding fiscal year, and(c) a report of the status and progress of all its activities since the creation of the Corporation, or from the date of the last annual report.
