A public corporation which shall be known as the Puerto Rico Fine Arts Center Corporation, hereinafter denominated as 'the Corporation', is hereby created for the purpose of administrating the complex of performing arts facilities known as the Fine Arts Center which is hereby transferred and shall be attached to the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture.\nHistory —May 12, 1980, No. 43, p. 112, § 1; July 31, 1985, No. 1, p. 773, § 2, retroactive to July 1, 1985.
