All the financial resources and the funds appropriated in the General Budget of Expenses of the Government of Puerto Rico for fiscal year 1985-86 to the government agencies whose programs are transferred hereby shall be transferred to the Corporation. In subsequent years the General Manager shall work out and present to the Board of Directors of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture for its approval a consolidated budget that shall include the Corporation’s programs and activities, and the appropriations shall be set aside in the Government’s annual budget of expenses.
