It is the purpose and intent of the Legislature of Puerto Rico that the Music Conservatory, the survey [sic] for whose organization and operation is entrusted to Festival Casals, Inc., should function permanently, for which reason Festival Casals, Inc., shall submit a financial statement to the Legislature so that the pertinent budgetary appropriations be made for the operation of the said Conservatory, and it is hereby directed that for the fiscal years subsequent to the year 1960-61, there be included in the Operating Budget of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico such sum as may be necessary for the proper operation of said Conservatory, which shall be managed and administered by Festival Casals, Inc.\nHistory —June 12, 1959, No. 35, p. 96, § 3, eff.
