Festival Casals, Inc. shall submit to the Legislature, at each regular session, a report on every activity undertaken by said corporation in the course of the year covered by the report, concerning the survey for organizing or operating the Music Conservatory, and the said report shall comprise a detailed statement of such contracts, disbursements, and financial obligations as may have been made or entered into by Festival Casals, Inc., with regard to the fulfillment of the task entrusted to it by §§ 1163—1163b of this title, as well as information on the need of funds for the subsequent fiscal year.
