The Rector shall render an annual report of his/her activities to the Board, the Governor of Puerto Rico, and the Legislature of Puerto Rico, on or before November 30 of each year.The annual report shall include:(a) A financial statement audited by a firm of certified public accountants;(b) a report of the transactions carried out by the Conservatory during the preceding fiscal year, and(c) a report of every activity held since the creation of the Conservatory or since the date of the last annual report.
