It shall be the duty of the Theatrical Opera, Inc. (Teatro de la Opera, Inc.) to see that the funds appropriated to the Special Revolving Fund are used for the purposes stated in this subchapter, and to render an annual report to the Legislature and the Musical Arts Corporation on the work done by Theatrical Opera, Inc. during the previous year.
