The members of the Board shall receive fifty dollars ($50) for each day they attend Board meetings. Whenever a member of the Board is abroad and it is imperative to summon him to a Board meeting, he shall be entitled to the reimbursement of any travel expenses he may incur in order to return to Puerto Rico, but it is hereby provided that those members of the Board of Directors of the Musical Arts Corporation who submit proof that their travel expenses incurred to attend the Board’s meetings between the period of July 31, 1985 through August 2, 1988, be reimbursed said expenses for the amount corresponding to the evidence of expenses submitted.
