The Executive Director is hereby empowered to establish the internal organization of the Corporation together with the Office of the Management and Budget and with the Governor’s approval and for such purposes may reorganize, consolidate and modify the titles of the programs, activities and units, with the provision that no program established by law shall be eliminated without the consent of the Legislature of Puerto Rico.In addition to the above provisions, the Board of Directors shall establish by regulations the standards that shall propitiate the Executive Director’s provision of adequate administrative services to the Musical Arts Corporation’s subsidiary corporations inasmuch as the Corporation’s resources may allow.
