The Corporation shall establish an accounting system for the adequate control and registry of all its operations. The Corporation’s accounts shall be kept in a way that they may be segregated or separated by activity.The Comptroller of Puerto Rico or his representative shall examine the Corporation’s books and accounts from time to time pursuant to the terms of the law.
