The Corporation’s debts and obligations shall not constitute debts or obligations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or its agencies, public corporations and its political subdivisions, and shall not encumber the funds of the Commonwealth Treasury. History —July 31, 1985, No. 4, p. 787, § 12.
