The 100x35 Music Program: Orchestras and Choirs System shall promote social rescue and development through music. Its mission shall be to grant universal access to Puerto Rican children and youth, especially those from low-income families, by turning music into a tool to motivate, dignify, unite, and improve. In addition to social recovery and prevention, the 100x35 Music Program is an initiative that aims to create a coordinated musical education system to cover the needs of all of Puerto Rico and the Island Municipalities of Vieques and Culebra under the leadership of the Conservatory of Music, as well as serve as a talent pool to enrich the Island’s music scene across all musical genres.
