The Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music Corporation shall be the governing body of the 100x35 Music Program: Puerto Rico Orchestras and Youth and Children’s Choirs System. The Board of Directors of the Conservatory shall govern and oversee the operations of the 100x35 Music Program: Puerto Rico Orchestras and Youth and Children’s Choirs System, and the Rector of the Conservatory shall be its chief executive officer.
