Only those corporations or companies engaged in the production of performances related to theatrical arts and who meet the following requirements, shall be entitled to request said funds:(a) Must be duly incorporated or registered pursuant to the laws in force;(b) must be a nonprofit entity;(c) must be recognized and recommended by the Theatrical Division of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, and(d) must contribute an amount equal to that of the funds requested, which can be in cash, in kind or a combination of both.Only an amount which shall not exceed the sum of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) can be requested from the Special Fund for each production or spectacle that is produced.
