It shall be the duty of the Theatrical Division to see that the funds appropriated to the Special Fund are used for the purposes stated in §§ 1199a—1199e of this title, and shall submit a report to the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture annually, which at the same time shall include it in its annual report to the Legislature regarding the work carried out by the Institute with these funds.
