The Expres-Arte a Todo Rincón Program shall have the following main objectives:(a) To improve the quality of life of special communities through cultural expressions and manifestations;(b) to diffuse and promote the cultural values of the People of Puerto Rico;(c) to promote creative experiences through diverse cultural workshops and activities which promote and develop communities which are culturally self-sufficient;(d) to expose underprivileged sectors in our population to creative experiences which encompass culture, both in its popular and in its more sophisticated manifestations;(e) to provide cultural and educational experiences which enrich the lives of participants and render them capable to function socially and productively;(f) to generate social skills through the arts;(g) to contribute to the formation of our People through the arts and the creation and pursuit of means of expression;(h) to stimulate and develop in our people new ways in which to relate with their surroundings and in which to create and generate new proposals to improve our quality of life, and(i) to promote the development of micro-enterprises to market the products generated at the workshops and
