The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall establish and develop a plan of action aimed at promoting the participation of minors, persons with disabilities and the elderly in the Expres-Arte a Todo Rincón Program. To such end, the Institute shall procure and receive the collaboration of the Department of the Family, the Department of Education, the Office of the Advocate for Persons with Disabilities, and the Office of Elderly Affairs.
