The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall conduct an assessment of the results of the implementation of the Program created by virtue of §§ 1204c—1204e of this title and shall include its findings, conclusions, and recommendations as part of a report which it shall submit to the Governor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Legislature at the end of each fiscal year.
