The Governor of Puerto Rico is hereby authorized to sign, in the name of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, an Educational Agreement with one or more states and territories, and with the Government of the United States of America, aimed at encouraging the interchange of ideas and information with regard to education between the parties to the agreement.\nHistory —June 10, 1966, J.R.
