The Governor of Puerto Rico may sign the Educational Agreement hereby authorized in English; and he shall transmit a copy of the text of the agreement signed by him to each one of the Houses of the Legislature of Puerto Rico, jointly with the Spanish translation of the text in the event he has signed it in English, at the beginning of the next regular session of the said legislative bodies next following the date on which the agreement has been signed.\nHistory —June 10, 1966, J.R.
