In case the Governor of Puerto Rico signs the agreement, he shall report such action to the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico within the three (3) days next following the date of such signing; and both the Governor and the presiding officers of the legislative bodies of Puerto Rico may, of course, undertake the action contemplated by the agreement, and such other as may be necessary, in order to carry out its provisions.\nHistory —June 10, 1966, J.R.
