Members of the school system engaged in education who have accumulated at least ten (10) years of service shall be entitled to enjoy sabbatical leave subject to the provisions of this chapter and to the regulation promulgated by the Secretary of Education for such purposes.\nHistory —May 31, 1973, No. 66, p. 302, § 2, eff.
