Any person who enjoys sabbatical leave shall receive the salary he is entitled to as a member of the school system.\nAny teacher with sabbatical leave shall pay to the retirement system covering him, and the period of sabbatical leave he enjoys shall be reckoned, for retirement purposes, as if it were a regular service period.\nHistory —May 31, 1973, No. 66, p. 302, § 8, eff.
