(a) The Department of Education shall identify funds for acquiring the equipment, materials and specialized vocational tests needed to provide the vocational evaluation service.(b) The Department of Education shall identify funds to sponsor investigations and methodologies that will allow the development of knowledge and techniques that help in fostering optimum vocational evaluation services.
