(a) The Administration may use, by agreement with any agency of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and with the approval of the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources any funds, property, personnel or other resources needed to jointly carry out any project or activity within the purposes of the Administration established by this chapter.\n(b) The Administration may cede any funds, property, personnel or other resources it deems convenient to any agency of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, subject to the approval of the Secretary of Labor and Human Resources so that such agency shall take charge of the administration of projects or programs established according to the provisions and purposes of this chapter.\nHistory —June 23, 1985, No. 1, p. 595, § 15, renumbered as § 13 on Dec. 18, 1991, No. 97, art. 15, § 6; Aug. 6, 1999, No. 224, § 17.
