The Administrator shall award the necessary contracts or agreements to the providers of the Health Reform Plan of the Government of Puerto Rico so that they may provide all possible medical services to the Administration’s participants free of charge or by the payment of a minimum amount to cover the cost of the medication or supplies used as agreed.
