The objectives of this chapter shall be the following:\n(a) To promote individual, moral and family values of young Puerto Ricans through community service.\n(b) To educate young Puerto Rican students on the problems and needs of the Puerto Rican community.\n(c) To acknowledge and distinguish young students who complete forty (40) hours of community service each semester during their senior year in high school.\nHistory —June 2, 2009, No. 26, § 3.
