The purposes of the Fund shall be to finance, promote, develop and stimulate cultural and artistic activities carried out by natural persons, nonprofit institutions, corporations, partnerships, associations and diverse groups, through refundable and nonrefundable financial mechanisms, pursuant to the conditions fixed and indicated through regulations by the Administrative Council created by this chapter.\nHistory —July 20, 1988, No. 115, p. 482, § 4.
