The Executive Director of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall be the General Manager of the Fund and shall have charge of the income and disbursements of the Fund, subject to the specific directives established by the Administrative Council. He shall submit quarterly reports to the Council that will include a complete and itemized account of the expenses incurred and the income obtained through its operations.
