The corresponding bodies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall enforce compliance of the statutes and regulations concerning underwater archaeological sites and shall offer adequate protection, at sites where any operation authorized by the Council is being carried out, upon request of an interested party, in order to prevent the interference of persons alien to the operation being carried out.\nHistory —Aug. 7, 1987, No. 10, p. 630, § 12.
