In case of a violation of the provisions of this chapter, or of any other applicable act, or its regulations, the Council may decree the denial, suspension or revocation of a permit requested or granted under this chapter after due notice to the petitioner or permit holder, as the case may be, with a writ that includes the grounds or reasons justifying said decision.\nHistory —Aug. 7, 1987, No. 10, p. 630, § 16.
