The Council, in the performance of its duties, may accept donations of services or properties, whether real or personal, corporeal or incorporeal, that will help to carry out the purposes of this chapter. Likewise, it may make cooperative arrangements with the departments or agencies of the federal government, the Government of Puerto Rico, or the municipalities, with public or private corporations, natural or juridical persons or associations, under the terms and conditions agreed upon by the Council in the public interest of the patrimony of the People of Puerto Rico stated in this chapter.\nHistory —July 20, 1988, No. 112, p. 459, § 14.
