The Puerto Rico Archaeological Lands Patrimony Protection Fund is hereby created in the Department of the Treasury, to be nourished from the funds that are donated, transferred, appropriated or obtained through agreement or contract of the Council to implement this chapter, as well as any other financial resources proceeding from the operations that, pursuant to this chapter, are carried out by the Council.\nThe Secretary of the Treasury shall make available to the Council the moneys in said Fund so that, in accordance with the laws and regulations that govern the disbursement of public funds, the operating expenses thereof can be defrayed.\nHistory —July 20, 1988, No. 112, p. 459, § 16.
